Success is a process and not an event

Success is a process and not an event!

This was one of the topics of discussion at an MNC today among " Your favorite Movie and Hollywood Vs. Bollywood". But what got me thinking was the first one.
I realized that it's about inner strength, patience, and belief. I always sort to guide people whether it was right or wrong. The idea was more to be of help whenever, wherever to whoever. And it comes from within, the belief that makes confidence. One doesn't have to be a topper or a winner to advice. It's the experience-losing or winning which makes you advise people. Many will laugh because you fell into the well, but a few will appreciate it because you learned why and whether you ensure others don't.

Strength comes from various factors. Family is one of them from which we derive power from. Its more to do with emotional and social security.

Next comes academics/career. The ones who are successful here get their confidence and strength from the hard work they put in. The world has seen famous individuals who derive their power from their success. Also, a failure in this gives a lot of strength. The strength one gets is the zeal to face it, analyze it, rectify it and change the path to success. That's the hard-earned strength one has.

To be good at your career/academics is fantastic. It will keep you high and going strong. Such challenges keep you focused. But there comes one point when you start wearing down. All work, no play does make jack a dull and lonely boy.

Then there is a situation where until a while back, you had everything or something. But the toughest is when you don't have anything. You will see loneliness, despair, emptiness, and a lot of negativity. But these times will teach you a few life lessons. It will make you more robust than ever; it will help you learn from your mistakes, talk to your inner self, and be patient. Because you will know to believe that when one can fall so low in life, anything after that will only take you higher. It's better to fall while you learn to walk than fall after you know how to walk.
We should never settle for just anything. The hunger for success is an insatiable emotion; as I said earlier,  success is always a process, not an event.
